法律依据：
《人民检察院刑事诉讼规则》
第一百九十一条 人民检察院在侦查过程中，应当及时询问证人，并且告知证人履行作证的权利和义务。人民检察院应当保证一切与案件有关或者了解案情的公民有客观充分地提供证据的条件，并为他们保守秘密。除特殊情况外，人民检察院可以吸收他们协助调查。
第一百九十二条 询问证人，应当由检察人员负责进行。询问时，检察人员或者检察人员和书记员不得少于二人。
