释义	法律分析: 欠条原则上是由债务人写，但是现在有的是用电脑打字、打印后由债务人确认。所以现在的欠条是债务人写还是债权人写不是特别重要了。重要的是欠条一定要有债务人的签字，有时候还要按指印。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二条出借人向人民法院起诉时，应当提供借据、收据、欠条等债权凭证以及其他能够证明借贷法律关系存在的证据。当事人持有的借据、收据、欠条等债权凭证没有载明债权人，持有债权凭证的当事人提起民间借贷诉讼的，人民法院应予受理
