释义	法律分析: 残疾人被抛弃的，若是抛弃人对其负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，构成遗弃罪，行为人会被处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。法律规定，禁止家庭成员间的虐待和遗弃。《中华人民共和国残疾人保障法》第六十五条违反本法规定，供养、托养机构及其工作人员侮辱、虐待、遗弃残疾人的，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员依法给予处分；构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予行政处罚。
