企业注册资金50万和100万有什么区别 |

法律分析：1、承担的法律责任不同，注册资金大小决定公司今后承担的法律责任，但并不直接影响税务；2、彰显的实力不同，注册资金多少一定程度上表示该公司的资本是否雄厚，有没有做大项目的能力，客户有时会参考注册资金作为合作的参考；3、注册手续费不同，注册手续的费用是按资金多少的百分比来计算，所以注册资金越多，注册手续费就越贵；4、可从事的行业不同，很多行业注册时有注册资金门槛的要求，注册资金不够不能申请注册该行业名的公司，比如劳务派遣公司最低注册资本200万元，没有200万元不能注册；5、开具的发票不同，注册资金50万以上，可申请一般纳税人资格，可以开具增值税发票；6、可办理的业务不同，注册资金50万以上，银行可为员工办理员工工资卡业务；7、可获得的贷款不同等，想取得金融机构贷款，要求公司有一定的自有资金，金融机构判定公司自有资金的一个标准就是看公司的注册资金。
法律依据：《个体工商户年度报告暂行办法》 第三条 个体工商户应当于每年1月1日至6月30日，通过企业信用信息公示系统或者直接向负责其登记的工商行政管理部门报送上一年度年度报告。当年开业登记的个体工商户，自下一年起报送。
《个体工商户登记管理办法》 第十三条 申请个体工商户登记，申请人或者其委托的代理人可以直接到经营场所所在地登记机关登记；登记机关委托其下属工商所办理个体工商户登记的，到经营场所所在地工商所登记。
