释义	法律分析：没有用。一方起诉离婚，如果联系不上对方的，可以向法院提起离婚诉讼，法院进行公告送达。公告期满后，可由法院对被告进行缺席审理和判决，再通过公告的方式送达判决书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
