问题	我国刑法对动植物检疫徇私舞弊罪的处罚规定?
释义	动植物检疫机关的检疫人员徇私舞弊，伪造检疫结果的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；造成严重后果的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑。前款所列人员严重不负责任，对应当检疫的检疫物不检疫，或者延误检疫出证、错误出证，致使国家利益遭受重大损失的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百一十二条
