释义	法律分析：聚众淫乱罪是指公然藐视国家法纪和社会公德，聚集男女多人集体进行淫乱的行为。犯聚众淫乱罪的，对首要分子或者多次参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零一条聚众进行淫乱活动的，对首要分子或者多次参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。引诱未成年人参加聚众淫乱活动的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
