释义	法律分析：个体工商户一年没办税务登记证是没事的,个体工商户营业执照在三证合一的改革中已经包含了税务登记证。但是需要办理税务登记,未及时办理税务登记,逾期不改正的,经税务机关提请,由工商行政管理机关吊销其营业执照。法律依据：《个体工商户条例》第四十二条纳税人不办理税务登记的，税务机关应当自发现之日起3日内责令其限期改正；逾期不改正的，依照《税收征管法》第六十条第一款的规定处罚。
