释义	婚前同居不违法，但这种关系是不受法律保护的。对于同居双方都没有配偶的同居行为，现行法律不做干涉，但如果一方有配偶与别人同居，则属于违法，情节严重的还会构成重婚罪。婚前同居即男女双方在结婚前以夫妻名义公开或秘密地共同生活的一种两性关系，双方是以可能的结婚为目标，类似"试婚"概念。男女双方不以结婚为目的同居，不称为婚前同居。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
