释义	遗嘱的见证人不可以是亲戚，亲戚是与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。根据法律规定，下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：(一)无行为能力人、限制行为能力人;(二)继承人、受遗赠人;(三)与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。因此，只要不属于上述几种情形的亲属是可以作为见证人的。《民法典》第一千一百四十条：下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：（一）无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；（二）继承人、受遗赠人；（三）与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
