释义	法律分析：保安在无特殊情况下是没有随意搜查他人身体的权利的。法律依据：《保安服务管理条例》第三十条保安员不得有下列行为：一、限制他人人身自由、搜查他人身体或者侮辱、殴打他人；二、扣押、没收他人证件、财物；三、阻碍依法执行公务；四、参与追索债务、采用暴力或者以暴力相威胁的手段处置纠纷；五、删改或者扩散保安服务中形成的监控影像资料、报警记录；六、侵犯个人隐私或者泄露在保安服务中获知的国家秘密、商业秘密以及客户单位明确要求保密的信息；七、违反法律、行政法规的其他行为。
