法律分析:
一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。工龄应从入职人员正式上班工作之日算起，也就是说从你第一次因工作而获得劳动报酬、领取工资之时算起。一般以月计算。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第七条 用人单位自用工之日起即与劳动者建立劳动关系。用人单位应当建立职工名册备查。
