释义	法律分析：探亲假是父母配偶没有在身边长期不能见面的情况可以休的假期。但是在休探亲假的时候，也需要满足一定的条件，并不是所有公司都能够休探亲假。法律依据：《国务院关于职工探亲待遇的规定》第五条职工在规定的探亲假期和路程假期内，按照本人的标准工资发给工资。第六条职工探望配偶和未婚职工探望父母的往返路费，由所在单位负担。已婚职工探望父母的往返路费，在本人月标准工资30％以内的，由本人自理，超过部分由所在单位负担。
