释义	法律分析: 嫖娼指不特定的同性之间或者异性之间以金钱、财物为媒介发生性关系(不包括推油等按摩服务)(包括性交、口淫、手淫、肛交等)的行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
