释义	法律分析：一般如果发工资的日期刚好是节假日的话，那么用人单位应该在以前最近的一个工作日支付工资。支付工资是用人单位的义务，只要职工付出劳动就有应得到报酬。如果用人单位拖欠工资的话，职工有权利到劳动行政部门投诉或者直接到法院起诉。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
