购房预购合同可以进行更名吗
释义
按照关于做好稳定住房价格工作的意见规定，预售房商品房未竣工的，预购人不得再行转让。同时，在预售商品房竣工交付、预购人取得房屋产权证书之前，房地产主管部门不得为其办理转让等手续。 此外，房屋产权申请人与登记备案的预售合同载明的预购人不一致的，房屋权属登记机关也不得为其办理房屋权属登记手续。由此可知，如果购房合同已经进行了备案就不能办理更名手续了。
