释义	律师解答： 1、有保价物品，按照物品实际价值赔偿； 2、没有保价物品：文件每票最高不超过100元，物品每票最高不超过300元； 3、另有发货方在发货时候有的跟快递公司签署协议的，就按照约定的赔偿方式赔偿。【法律依据】：《快递暂行条例》第二十七条快件延误、丢失、损毁或者内件短少的，对保价的快件，应当按照经营快递业务的企业与寄件人约定的保价规则确定赔偿责任；对未保价的快件，依照民事法律的有关规定确定赔偿责任。国家鼓励保险公司开发快件损失赔偿责任险种，鼓励经营快递业务的企业投保。
