夫妻闹离婚冷静期间需要有联系吗

离婚冷静期还有夫妻关系。离婚冷静期内仍然属于夫妻关系存续期间，双方的婚姻关系在此时并未实际解除。因此，双方仍然享有夫妻权利，也应依法履行夫妻义务，法律在协议离婚中设置离婚冷静期的目的主要是为了防止夫妻双方冲动离婚。
法律客观：
《民法典》第一千零七十七条 自婚姻登记机关收到离婚登记申请之日起三十日内，任何一方不愿意离婚的，可以向婚姻登记机关撤回离婚登记申请。前款规定期限届满后三十日内，双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请发给离婚证；未申请的，视为撤回离婚登记申请。
