释义	法律分析：收回借款归还借据后再主张利息不能支持。归还借款收回借条应认定为债权债务两清,借款合同解除。借款人除偿还借款外还应当支付利息和费用的，当其给付不足以清偿全部债务时，并且当事人没有约定的，应当按照实现债权的有关费用、利息、借款的顺序抵充。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二百一十一条自然人之间的借款合同对支付利息没有约定或者约定不明确的，视为不支付利息。自然人之间的借款合同约定支付利息的，借款的利率不得违反国家有关限制借款利率的规定。
