出口货物客户退货怎么处理 |
| 释义 |
出口货物客户退货处理如下：
1、出口货物因故退运（关），若已办理了增值税或消费税出口退税，应返纳所退税款；
2、出口货物在生产过程中，如果使用了海关保税监管的免税国外原材料，因成品成为废品因故不能出口或出口后退回成为废品，此部分成品所耗用的免税料件应补征进口环节的关税、增值税或消费税；
3、废料处理过程中的收入如发生销售应计征增值税或消费税；
4、发生的销售退回，不论何时销售的，皆应在收到退回货物时冲减当期销售收入，其成为废料产生的损失、收入应计入当期损益，增加或减少当期计征所得税的应纳税所得额。
办理出口退运需要提供的资料如下：
1、原出口报关单；
2、原出口箱单、FP、合同；
3、收发货人双方关于退货协议；
4、企业关于货物退运说明；
5、退运进境的报关单、FP、合同；
6、若属加工贸易，还需要提供加工贸易手册；
7、海关需提供的其它相关资料。

《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》 第二十四条
经营者提供的商品或者服务不符合质量要求的，消费者可以依照国家规定、当事人约定退货，或者要求经营者履行更换、修理等义务。没有国家规定和当事人约定的，消费者可以自收到商品之日起七日内退货；七日后符合法定解除合同条件的，消费者可以及时退货，不符合法定解除合同条件的，可以要求经营者履行更换、修理等义务。
依照前款规定进行退货、更换、修理的，经营者应当承担运输等必要费用。
