释义	法律分析: 本罪的主体为一般主体。任何达到法定刑事责任年龄且具备刑事责任能力的自然人均可构成本罪。变造货币罪，是指对真币采用挖补、剪贴、揭层、拼凑、涂改等方法进行加工处理，改变货币的真实形状、图案、面值或张数，改变票面面额或者增加票张数量，数额较大的行为。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十三条变造货币，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金。
