释义	离婚协议书中财产赠与不可以撤销，赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。离婚协议中关于财产分割的条款或者当事人因离婚就财产分割达成的协议，对男女双方具有法律约束力。男女双方在协议离婚时约定将夫妻共同财产赠与子女，属于双方对财产分割达成的一致意见，依法不应予以变更撤销。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条，赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
