释义	法律分析：党政领导干部任职前的公示期一般为七到十五天法律依据：《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》第四十二条实行党政领导干部任职前公示制度。提拔担任厅局级以下领导职务的，除特殊岗位和在换届考察时已进行过公示的人选外，在党委（党组）讨论决定后、下发任职通知前，应当在一定范围内公示。公示内容应当真实准确，便于监督，涉及破格提拔的还应当说明破格的具体情形和理由。公示期不少于五个工作日。公示结果不影响任职的，办理任职手续。
