释义	法律分析：一本驾照有十二分，计分周期是一年。从取证日期开始算，比如今年六月一号拿证，到明年的六月一号就产生一年的周期，这样才会清零。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第五十六条机动车驾驶人在机动车驾驶证的六年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发十年有效期的机动车驾驶证；在机动车驾驶证的十年有效期内，每个记分周期均未记满12分的，换发长期有效的机动车驾驶证。
