释义	法律分析: 财产抵押后，该财产的价值大于所担保债权的余额部分，可以再次抵押，但不得超过其余额部分。当事人在设定抵押时，应保障抵押物的价值大于或等于其所担保的债权数额，否则不能设定抵押权。法律依据: 《关于人民法院民事执行中拍卖、变卖财产的规定》第十九条拍卖时无人竞买或者竞买人的最高应价低于保留价，到场的申请执行人或者其他执行债权人申请或者同意以该次拍卖所定的保留价接受拍卖财产的，应当将该财产交其抵债。
