释义	法律分析：使用单位应当自建筑起重机械安装验收合格之日起30日内，将建筑起重机械安装验收资料、建筑起重机械安全管理制度、特种作业人员名单等，向工程所在地县级以上地方人民政府建设主管部门办理建筑起重机械使用登记。登记标志置于或者附着于该设备的显著位置。法律依据；《建筑起重机械安全监督管理规定》第十三条安装单位应当按照建筑起重机械安装、拆卸工程专项施工方案及安全操作规程组织安装、拆卸作业。安装单位的专业技术人员、专职安全生产管理人员应当进行现场监督，技术负责人应当定期巡查。
