释义	法律分析：亲生父母不可以与子女断绝关系，即使通过某些方式断绝了关系法律也不会承认；父母与子女之间的权利义务也不会消失，子女年未满18周岁，父母仍是法定监护人，父母年老时子女仍是法定赡养人，法律不准许一方断绝关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
