释义	法律分析：本票，是指发票人自己于到期日无条件支付一定金额给收款人的票据。这种票据只涉及出票人和收款人两方。出票人签发本票并自负付款义务。本票一般应载明:"本票"字样，无条件支付承诺，收款人或其指定人(无收款人名字则以持票人为收款人)，支付金额，签发日期和地点，付款日期和地点，发票人签名等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第二条在中华人民共和国境内的票据活动，适用本法。本法所称票据，是指汇票、本票和支票。
