释义	2019年1月1日。2013年12月27号，中国全国人大常委会正式启动了《中华人民共和国电子商务法》的立法进程。2018年8月31日，十三届全国人大常委会第五次会议表决通过《电子商务法》，自2019年1月1日起施行。《中华人民共和国电子商务法》是政府调整、企业和个人以数据电文为交易手段，通过信息网络所产生的，因交易形式所引起的各种商事交易关系，以及与这种商事交易关系密切相关的社会关系、政府管理关系的法律规范的总称。
