释义	按照《劳动法》的规定，支付加班费的具体标准是：在标准工作日内安排劳动者延长工作时间的，支付不低于工资的150的工资报酬；休息日安排劳动者工作又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的200的工资报酬；法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于百分之三百的工资报酬。标准工作时间以外延长劳动者工作时间和休息日、法定休假日安排劳动者工作，都是占用了劳动者的休息时间，都应当严格加以限制，高于正常工作时间支付工资报酬即是国家采取的一种限制措施。
