释义	法律分析：依据我国目前正在实行的《建筑装饰装修工程质量验收标准》，我们国家规定的工程质量均分为“合格”与“优良”两个等级。而这两个等级是通过结合工程勘察、设计文件、验收的各方人员资格、结构安全取样检测结果做出来的划分，各地有各地的更加详细的规定，但是不能低于国家规定，具体标准要有验收人员根据建筑实际情况划分。法律依据：住房城乡建设部关于发布《建筑装饰装修工程质量验收标准》编号为GB50210-2018，自2018年9月1日起实施。
