一、商标没续展多久之后被注销
商标没续展的，在商标到期的6个月后，该注册商标就会被注销。
《中华人民共和国商标法》第四十条规定，注册商标有效期满，需要继续使用的，商标注册人应当在期满前十二个月内按照规定办理续展手续；在此期间未能办理的，可以给予六个月的宽展期。每次续展注册的有效期为十年，自该商标上一届有效期满次日起计算。期满未办理续展手续的，注销其注册商标。商标局应当对续展注册的商标予以公告。
二、商标续展的步骤
商标续展的步骤是：
1.提交申请书件
（1）申请人直接到商标注册大厅来办理的，申请书件准备就绪后，在商标注册大厅的受理窗口提交，由窗口的工作人员确认该申请书件是否合格。
（2）委托商标代理机构办理的，由该商标代理机构将申请书件送达商标局。
2.缴纳续展规费
一份续展注册申请需缴纳规费1000元。如果是在期限届满的六个月宽展期内提交续展注册申请的，还需缴纳250元的延迟费。
三、商标续展需要哪些文件
商标续展需要以下文件：
1.《商标续展注册申请书》；
2.申请人的身份证明文件（复印件）；
3.委托代理的提交《代理委托书》，直接在受理大厅办理的提交经办人的身份证复印件；
4.注册证复印件；
5.申请文件为外文的，还应提供经翻译机构签章确认的中文译本。
