释义	法律分析：公司存续指企业依法存在并继续正常运营，指公司注册登记到注销登记这一时间段。我国公司目前的经营状态一般分为八种：存续、在业、吊销、注销、迁入、迁出、停业、清算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》第十六条申请企业法人开业登记的单位，经登记主管机关核准登记注册，领取《企业法人营业执照》后，企业即告成立。企业法人凭据《企业法人营业执照》可以刻制公章、开立银行账户、签订合同，进行经营活动。登记主管机关可以根据企业法人开展业务的需要，核发《企业法人营业执照》副本。
