释义	如果超休是以请假体现的，只能扣当天的工资。如果是无请假视同旷工，需要扣除当天工资的3倍，也就是当天没有工资，额外加扣2倍工资。法律依据：《职工带薪休假条例》第三条职工累计工作已满1年不满10年的,年休假5天;已满10年不满20年的,年休假10天;已满20年的,年休假15天。国家法定休假日、休息日不计入年休假的假期。
