释义	法律分析：一般的,检具公差比被测件相应尺寸公差要高1到2个精度等级。但是,如果被测件本身的尺寸精度就很高的话(比如,7级精度),考虑到检具的加工能力,其公差精度等级就难以有较大的提高,要在检具的结构设计上“做文章”了。法律依据：《建设工程质量管理条例》第五条从事建设工程活动，必须严格执行基本建设程序，坚持先勘察、后设计、再施工的原则。县级以上人民政府及其有关部门不得超越权限审批建设项目或者擅自简化基本建设程序。第六条国家鼓励采用先进的科学技术和管理方法，提高建设工程质量。
