释义	律师解答：有限公司系企业法人，因研发经费紧张，所研发项目产品尚未盈利，请求减免申请费、发明专利申请审查费、年费(自授予专利权当年起三年内的年费)、复审费等相关费用，恳请给予支持。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国专利法实施细则》及有关文件规定，特制定本办法。第二条申请人或者专利权人缴纳有关专利费用确有困难的，可以依照本办法请求国家知识产权局专利局(以下简称“专利局”)减缓缴纳有关费用。第三条经专利局批准，下列专利费用可以减缓。
