释义	一般营业执照登记日期有两个日期：一个是成立日期，是指第一次办理企业设立时工商批准的日期；另一个是登记日期，就是有工商局公章下面的日期，是指最近一次办理工商业务（变更等）重新发照的日期。法律依据：《公司登记管理条例》第二十五条 “依法设立的公司，由公司登记机关发给《企业法人营业执照》。公司营业执照签发日期为公司成立日期。”
