释义	法律分析：随着社会经济快速发展，有些地方需要征收部分农民的土地，种地是农民的基本生活来源被征收之后很多农民就失去了生活保障，为了让农民更好的生活各地政府开始给失去土地的农民缴纳保险。这种保险被称为失地保险，也就是我们常说的养老保险，农民只需要缴纳一小部分，村集体、镇街道以及国家会补贴很大一部分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法实施条例》第二十六条征收集体土地，对不需要统一安置的，安置补助费发放给被安置人员个人或者征得被安置人员同意后用于支付被安置人员的保险费用。
