释义	法律分析：要约是指一方当事人以缔结合同为目的，向对方当事人提出合同条件，希望对方当事人接受的意思表示。要件为要约人应是具有缔约能力的特定人，要约的内容须具体、确定，要约具有缔结合同的目的，要约必须发给要约人希望与其订立合同的受要约人，应以明示方式发出，必须送达于受要约人。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十二条要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件： (一)内容具体确定； (二)表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
