释义	法律分析：特种作业操作证在有效期内，但是没复审，还可以继续用或者补审的。特种作业人员在特种作业操作证有效期内，连续从事本工种10年以上，严格遵守有关安全生产法律法规的，经原考核发证机关或者从业所在地考核发证机关同意，特种作业操作证的复审时间可以延长至每6年1次。法律依据：《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》第二条生产经营单位特种作业人员的安全技术培训、考核、发证、复审及其监督管理工作，适用本规定。有关法律、行政法规和国务院对有关特种作业人员管理另有规定的，从其规定。
