释义	法律分析：不需要。社会团体（如某公司的工会委员会）取得的增值税普通法票无需纳税人识别号。法律依据：《税务登记管理办法》第九条本办法第八条规定以外的其他纳税人，除国家机关、个人和无固定生产、经营场所的流动性农村小商贩外，均应当自纳税义务发生之日起30日内，向纳税义务发生地税务机关申报办理税务登记，税务机关发放税务登记证及副本。因此，工会组织如果发生纳税义务，需要办理税务登记。如果只是企业内部的一个工会组织，没有发生应税行为，则不需要办理税务登记。
