释义	申请离职了到期不想离可以撤销。但是在递交辞职申请后,劳动者不享有单方撤销辞职报告或辞职申请的权利,在这种情况下,如果反悔用人单位同意劳动者撤销申请就可以,若不同意就只能在规章时间办理离职手续。劳动者只要提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位就可以解除劳动合同，劳动者的辞职报告或辞职申请并不需要经过用人单位的批准或者同意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
