释义	法律分析：手机录音证据是可以作为证据，但是还需有其他人证和书面证据。但侵害他人合法权益或者违反法律禁止性规定的方法而取得的证据不能作为认定案件事实的依据。如果未经相关当事人同意的录音录像资料没有侵害到他人的合法权益，也没有违反法律的禁止性规定，则该录音录像资料可以作为定案的根据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十一条人民法院对视听资料，应当辨别真伪，并结合本案的其他证据，审查确定能否作为认定事实的根据。
