释义	法律分析：信访是可以撤销的。信访事项办理过程中，信访人申请撤回提出的信访事项，应当说明理由，经信访工作机构审查同意，可以撤回。但是信访撤回后，所处理的信访事项就会终止处理，而且经复查复核机关审查，认为不侵犯社会公共利益和他人合法权益，应当准许并记录备案。法律依据：《中国银保监会信访工作办法》第二十八条信访人可以申请撤回信访事项，信访工作程序自银行保险监督管理机构收到申请当日终止。
