释义	法律分析：伤残鉴定不可以找关系，司法鉴定应当客观公正。如有欺诈或虚假身份证明，对方可申请重新识别或拒绝采信。劳动能力鉴定委员会的组成人员，或者参加鉴定的专家与当事人有利害关系的，应当回避。对在残疾鉴定中弄虚作假的，给予处罚或者承担法律责任。我国相关法律也规定，劳动能力的鉴定应当客观公正。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第二十七条劳动能力鉴定工作应当客观、公正。劳动能力鉴定委员会组成人员或者参加鉴定的专家与当事人有利害关系的，应当回避。
