释义	法律分析：兵役证丢了，可以补办。遗失兵役证，应当及时向区、县人民政府征兵办公室申请补发。兵役证丢失，带上户口本，身份证到户口所在地武装部补办兵役登记证，现场办完领取登记证。法律依据：《征兵工作条例》第十一条县、市兵役机关,在每年9月30日以前,应当组织基层单位对当年12月31日以前年满18岁的男性公民进行兵役登记。达到服兵役年龄的男性公民,应当按照县、市兵役机关的通知进行兵役登记。接到通知后,本人因特殊原因不能亲自前往登记的,可以书面委托其亲属或者所在单位代为登记。
