国家对博导的退休规定 -退休 |

法律分析：
博导退休年龄根据国家统一规定执行，我国男性职工60岁退休，女性职工50岁退休，女性干部55岁退休，艰苦岗位男性55岁、女性45岁退休，均从退休时起领取养老金。
但根据《国务院关于高级专家离休退休若干问题的暂行规定》第2条的规定，对其中少数高级专家，确因工作需要，身体能够坚持正常工作，征得本人同意，经有关机关批准，其离休退休年龄可以适当延长。
《人事部关于高级专家退(离)休有关问题的通知》的规定：女性高级专家，凡身体能坚持正常工作，本人自愿，可到60周岁退(离)休。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国宪法》
第四十四条国家依照法律规定实行企业事业组织的职工和国家机关工作人员的退休制度。退休人员的生活受到国家和社会的保障。
《中华人民共和国劳动法》
第七十三条 劳动者在下列情形下，依法享受社会保险待遇：
(一)退休;
(二)患病、负伤;
(三)因工伤残或者患职业病;
(四)失业;
(五)生育。
劳动者死亡后，其遗属依法享受遗属津贴。
劳动者享受社会保险待遇的条件和标准由法律、法规规定。
劳动者享受的社会保险金必须按时足额支付。
