释义	高温补贴是盛夏期间，在超过一定高温时，对在岗工作的劳动者的一种劳动保护措施，不是福利费。所以，只要在盛夏期间在岗工作，不论是否退休，是否临时工作，都应该得到高温津贴。法律依据：《防署降温措施管理办法》第十七条劳动者从事高温作业的，依法享受岗位津贴。用人单位安排劳动者在35上高温天气从事室外露天作业以及不能采取有效措施将工作场所温度降低到33下的，应当向劳动者发放高温津贴，并纳入工资总额。高温津贴标准由省级人力资源社会保障行政部门会同有关部门制定，并根据社会经济发展状况适时调整。
