一、领结婚证免费吗
1、领结婚证免费。在各婚姻登记处，依法办理结婚登记的当事人，均为免费对象。婚姻登记对象可以享受婚姻登记“零收费”政策，只要双方符合政策，登记领证全免费。
2、法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第七条
婚姻登记机关应当对结婚登记当事人出具的证件、证明材料进行审查并询问相关情况。
对当事人符合结婚条件的，应当当场予以登记，发给结婚证；
对当事人不符合结婚条件不予登记的，应当向当事人说明理由。
二、结婚登记办理流程是什么
1、申请。男女双方须携带本人的有效身份证及户口证明至双方一方户口所在地的婚姻登记部门办理申请。具体证明材料如下：
（1）男女双方有效的身份证明；
（2）男女双方的户口簿原件或者是集体户口证明原件；
（3）婚姻状况相关证明；
（4）再婚人员提供特殊证明，如法院判决的离婚证书；
（5）婚前体检根据当地不同规定来做。
2、审查。婚姻登记部门负责人员对男女双方的结婚申请资料进行审查；
3、登记。婚姻登记机关人员经审核以后，如果认为符合结婚条件的才准予登记签发给结婚证。如不符合登记要求则应当出份书面说明并且给说明不与登记的理由。
