释义	法律分析：1、债权让与。债权人通过让与合同或者法律允许的其他方式将其享有的债权转移给第三人享有的行为。债权人转让债权，应当通知债务人，否则不发生效力。2、债务承担。债务人通过与第三人订立债务承担合同，将其债务的全部或部分转移给第三人的行为，称为债务承担。债务人将债务转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
